The FitBodyRX 1:1 nutrition coaching program uses a science based and evidence proven approach to your nutrition. Our program is designed specifically for women and men looking to lose body fat, build lean muscle, while fueling their workouts and their lifestyle.

when signing up with us:

Upon signing up with us, we conduct a thorough assessment that includes that includes an evaluation of your current nutrition, metabolic and hormonal health, lifestyle, and your mindset. This allows us to tailor your program to your unique needs.

We then build a nutrition plan that takes you from start to finish on your fat loss journey. We map out your journey with three phases in mind:

PHASE 1:

THE METABOLIC PRIMING PHASE:

Once we have completed your assessment, we will build a nutrition strategy that is tailored to addressing your unique needs. During this phase, we lay the foundation. We focus on dialing in food quality,maximizing your calorie intake, optimizing your macronutrient intake, and address the best meal timing and frequency for your unique needs. We prioritize fueling the demands of your specific training routine and overall goals of your training program so that you can get the most out of your workouts. The goal of this phase is to ensure the body is optimized and primed for fat loss while regulating your appetite, addressing lifestyle changes, and getting you feeling energized and ready for your fat loss phase.

PHASE 2:

THE FAT LOSS PHASE:

We make sustainable and manageable adjustments to your nutrition and lifestyle to ensure you can make consistent progress from week to week. We will adjust your calorie intake and macronutrients to allow for fat loss while fueling your workouts and your lifestyle. We will troubleshoot weight loss stalls and plateaus, help you navigate those moments of low motivation, and ensure you are eating the right amount of food to keep you satiated while also seeing results. The speed of progress will vary based on the amount of weight a client has to lose, the consistency in their lifestyle, and how their body responds. We like to measure progress on a monthly progress and see that the sweet spot is 4-10# a month

PHASE 3:

THE MAINTENANCE PHASE:

This is the most important part of your fat loss journey. This is where we prevent unwanted weight regain so that you never have to lose fat again.Your body is in a vulnerable state and will fight to get back to your old weight. In this phase, we establish a new body weight set point so that your body feels safe at your new weight. In order for us to do that, we need to complete a calorie rebuild to ensure your body is being fed enough nutrients.

PHASE 4:

LIFESTYLE PHASE:

At the end of our journey together, we ensure you are comfortable with the tools we have given you but will also start to look at what the rest of your life will look like. This means ensuring good self monitoring structure is in place so that you know how to ensure you are maintaining your results. Your lifestyle is unique to you, and that means that every client leaves us with slightly different focus points. By keeping those focus points in mind, we can ensure that you can sustain your results long term.

Our most successful clients work through these three phases with 100% commitment and compliance. Our method is flexible enough so that you can implement the changes we suggest without hours in the kitchen and feeling overwhelmed by the changes you are making.

What’s included?

WEEKLY CHECK IN:

Each week, our clients will receive a detailed check in assessment. This assessment ensures we address any changes in your feedback (sleep, appetite, energy, motivation, stress, digestion), hormonal shifts (primarily women’s cycle), any struggles you may have faced, and any questions you may have. We conduct a thorough dietary review while also assessing changes in weight so that we can make adjustments to your plan to ensure you are making progress.

COACHING CALLS:

We conduct a progress call every 4 weeks to ensure we are also addressing any changes and ensuring that you are getting the support you need. Clients also have the option to schedule calls as needed with their coach.

UNLIMITED SUPPORT AND ACCOUNTABILITY:

Clients have access to ask questions and speak with their coach on a daily basis via text/voice memo as needed (during business hours). This ensures that you can get your questions answered when they matter most.

LIVE Q&A GROUP COACHING CALLS:

We conduct bi-weekly zoom sessions with our clients for Q&A, education and connection. These calls are a great way to keep yourself motivated while also providing tips and resources to help you on your journey.

ACCESS TO ALL OF OUR GUIDES AND RESOURCES:

We have an extensive library of guides and resources so that you can ensure you have all of the things you need to be successful with implementing the nutritional changes we make. Meal prep guides, recipes, social eating tips, alcohol, travel suggestions, etc).

ACCESS TO OUR TRAINING PROGRAMS:

While most clients will come to us already following a training program, we do offer a functional fitness based program that also includes strength training and core work.

What is expected of you?

There are three things you need to be successful with our program.

COMMITMENT TO YOURSELF:

We are not looking for perfection. Our program is meant to help you work through difficult times and teach you how to be a problem solver in your life. So we encourage you to struggle! Those are the times that you make the most progress. We will help offer you solutions to the roadblocks that have often kept you from following through.

COACHABILITY:

You are open minded and ready to make changes. You recognize that what you have been doing in the past is not working for you and you are willing to try something different. We always meet our clients where they are at and will never push you too far out of your comfort zone. We want to work with clients that are looking for change. Changing actions changes results.

COMMUNICATION:

Each client is responsible for communicating their needs. So we encourage you to be open and honest on your journey. Our best clients are consistent with ensuring they are timely with their weekly check in assessments and also ask questions as needed throughout the week. We want you to tell us how you are feeling. Your feedback is the most impactful factor in your ability to follow through with the changes you are making, seeing consistent results and also ensuring you are feeling good in the process.

Our nutritional approach:

We use a science based and evidence proven method. Our nutrition program has three main components

Food quality - we emphasize an 80/20 approach to nutrition. If 80%-90% of your diet is coming from minimally processed whole foods, then the occasional drink, dessert, or slice of pizza is completely acceptable. We provide you with a food list to help you ensure you

Calorie and macronutrient intake - This is the fast track to fat loss. We offer a very flexible approach by encouraging macronutrient ranges rather than specific numbers. This allows you to be more flexible with your food while still ensuring results.

Other nutrients and considerations: We take a whole person approach which means we also look at other underlying factors that could be impacting your results. This includes gut related issues, metabolic issues, and hormonal imbalances.

Qualifications:

Our program is a minimum of a 6 month commitment with most of our clients seeing the best results within 6-12 months.

You are able to keep a food diary and use a food scale. This ensures that we can make the appropriate adjustments to your nutrition each week. Even if you have never used these tools before, you are open to implementing this into your routine for the next 3-6 months.

The price of our 1:1 program is a low four figure investment for a 6 month commitment with payment options available to fit your needs. We offer monthly recurring or paid in full options along with bi-annual and annual commitments.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you offer a trial period?

We do not offer a trial period but I do run periodic opportunities for you to experience our services in my jump start program that I run 4 times a year. However, if in your journey you feel this program is not the right fit for you, we do allow cancellations with a 30 day notice.

Will you help with supplement recommendations?

Yes, as part of our initial assessment and as we start to assess your feedback weekly, we will offer supplement recommendations to help fill nutritional gaps, and support your goals. However, supplements are not a requirement to be successful with this program.

I have an underlying health issue (thyroid, autoimmune, diabietes, etc) that I have been told is making it harder for me to lose weight. Can you still help me?

White we are not doctors and can not prescribe medications, we offer the nutritional support you need to ensure you are optimizing your body to lose fat while also helping to improve your quality of life. Most of our clients report symptom relief along with improved blood biomarkers.

Do I have to workout?

You don’t have to do anything. However we fully believe that everyone should find a fitness program they enjoy. Training 3-5 times a week anywhere from 30-90 minutes daily seems to be the average range for most of our clients. We offer programming for those of you who do not currently follow a workout program.

I compete in a sport (CrossFit/weightlifting/Triathlons/Running/etc) and I am nervous about my performance. Will this program work with my athletic goals?

We love working with athletes who want to improve their performance. We use a periodized approach to your nutrition so that you can ensure your nutrition is peaked when it matters most while allowing you to focus on your body composition goals arond your competition season. We also find that most athletes are significantly underfueling. Our approach starts by maximizing your energy intake. With this method, we often find that our athletes get leaner by eating more.
